The most effective way to promote any special interest is to hire lobbyists and writers to convince people of the superiority of this belief system over all others. I would find the Muslims who are the most successful in their life, and use their story to promote Islam. Edit: There is a perfect example at the California State Fair. A booth specifically for the promotion of the Islam way of life is very popular.
