  • I wouldn't let you either, you are to young, and your nail beds shouldn't have those kind of chemicals on them, your nails are still developing at that age and acrylic could damage them for good. I've been doing nails for 20 years, and I've seen a lot, and 13 is way to young. My clients who want artificial nails have to be 16 and up, and I think 16 is pushing it. Manicures would be your best bet, and that can make your nails look pretty too. Don't get into acrylics yet, you'll be sorry later, you'll have plenty of years to do acrylics, so please wait till your at least 16.
