This is a really hard question!
I LOVE my steak, nice a juicy- medioum rare please, with potatoes and veggies YUMMO... but i live no where near the ocean, so lobster is a treat for me on holidays so i love that also, really makes me know im on holidays, back near the ocean =]

If I had my druthers, I LOVE both!
A couple variations of the "traditional" Surf 'n' Turf:
When I was in the business, once in a while we featured "The Broke Man's Surf & Turf":
This is a chopped steak cooked to my preferred degree of doneness - Pittsburgh rare - (or to your degree of doneness), topped with warm crab imperial. Sometimes I used the imitation crabmeat].
I prefer a Pittsburgh rare sirloin steak AND broiled scallops!
