It could be anything from a cold to a tumour. Get it checked, honey.

you may have low blood pressure. Talk to your doctor if it happens regularly.

i agree with everyone else go to the doctors.

That would happen to my grandmother. Sometimes she would pass out. I would suggest getting some blood work done, my grandmother's problem was with her blood pressure.

Not "could"; I know exactly what it is...it's your body telling you to go to the doctor.

Sounds like orthostatic or Postural Hypotension. This is a form of low blood pressure that causes you to feel dizzy when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. It may also make you feel faint, and cause tunnel vision. It results from your blood vessels not constricting properly (to maintain blood pressure) so your brain gets less blood when you rise from a reclined position. It can be caused by other underlying medical conditions (i.e. vertigo, nutritional or hormonal deficiencies or even heart conditions), so it's best to get it checked out pronto.

Agreed that this should be looked at by a doctor; it does sound like low blood pressure since you are cold and get blue nails. I have low blood pressure and these are my symptoms but this can also be low iron, blood sugar and a host of other things so please be safe and see the doc. Hugs as always my friend! :)

you could be anaemic, get your blood checked, and at the same time, the doctor will check your bp

Blood pressure, possibly corroded artery that happened to my mom & father n law before they found out they had blockages in their necks. You may be to young for that but please go to the doc & get checked. Also have you ate anything today? That can cause this effect too hon. Take care & please go get checked.

This is a generalized sympton which could have a number of causes: low blood pressure, dehydration, even problems with blood sugar. See your physician as soon as possible, since some of these problems can become very severe if left untreated. Please keep us posted.
