A mood is set by a bad or dull moment ... sometimes by our own doing or the doing of others ... or a place where we feel trapped ... When I have a sad moment or a mood ... I usually try to think of those much worse off than I am ... and thank my lucky stars ... I am fortunate to have what I do ... a full stomach with a healthy body and mind. I also try to visit places that lift my spirit by their beauty alone ... get away from the gloom of everyday life ... I hope you feel better soon? No offense intended ...
