Can you only rate something once a day or once ever?

once ever, i think you can rate it again once the amount you can rate in one time goes up.

Once ever, but you can change how much you rate them by whenever you want. O, and if the amount of points you can give out changes you can add the additional points to a previous question or answer that you rated.

What Sir Kevan says is right and I would also like to add that there is only a certain amount of points you can award any user.
