My 36 in toshiba tv(1992) after being off overnight when we turn it on the power lights blink on & off then we plug and unplug a few times until it powers on. This is the 1st problem ever, what could this be and is it worth getting fixed. Thanks

Electrolytic capacitor likely getting weak in the SMPS
(switch mode power supply). Get a Tech to look at it. Great TV.
