Yes. Without free will Lucifer and his cohorts could not have rebelled against God. Scripture speaks of a sin of these angels. (2 Pet 2:4) This "fall" consists in the free choice of these created spirits, who radically and irrevocably rejected God and his reign. With love in Christ.

yes because th Bible speaks of those angels that forsook their place in heaven and used materialized bodies on earth to seduce women before the flood. And Satan himself was an angel and so were his followers. They had to come from somewhere and they all are spirit creatures, and spirit creatures lived in the heavens.
