Is it illegal in the state of kansas to date a 14 year old girl when the guys 18 years old?

Dating is never illegal, no matter what the ages of the couple are. However, having sex is a completely different thing, legally. I don't know the laws of Kansas, and their age of consent, but having sex with a 14-year-old sounds like taking advantage of a minor to me.

Wether it is or not its better you wait, especially if youre plannign on having sex. 18 means youre an adult, you can seperate from your parents and get a job/tatto without your parents consent, if you fail school it is no longer their fault but yours, if you get arrested your parents wont be notified. Therefore, youre an adult. And 14, well, a 14 year-old can't do much without parent consent (legally I supose). Try finding somone closer to your age.
