If it is a matter of safety and the person in the minivan had no choice, then I'd accept the responsibility of following too close..since I can never see around vehicles that are large, I would have no way of knowing until I investigated the cause. If the person seemingly had no valid reason for doing that, I'd probably be angry because of course it would be my fault and whatever consequences followed would be on my side of the fence..maybe insurance rate would go up. I'd be very unhappy! :)

Pretty darn stupid if I hit it in the rear. Those yellow lights mean that you should prepare to stop, not speed up. Folks get killed that way!

It was an old person, go figure.
I was on a B line to make the light to get my Chinese
pick up. I knew that light very well too so I knew how the yellow works. I had to make a maneuver from The Transporter almost
in order to make the light. I had too much speed to stop..
