None. Pills are not the answer. Eating small, frequent meals and increasing your exercise level is the only foolproof way. Don't skip meals as this will cause your metabolism to slow down.

I wouldn`t even bother with diet pills. The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy and lots and lots of exercise. I know alot of people will tell you this but you can`t think that a pill will fix these problems i was the same now i`m loseing weight. You need alot of will power and mental well being not a diet pill.

Diet pills don't work except to fatten the wallets of their manufacturers. You gained the weight over time, it seems unreasonable to think that you can just pop a pill and wake up thinner. You have to work at it and it will take time. The only thing that works is eating less and exercising more. First thing I did was cut down on Carbs (starches and sugars) and then I started going to the gym three times a week. Then I sold my car and started walking everywhere. Before long I was truly missing it if I had to skip a day at the gym. And I felt healthier than I had in twenty years. I went from 246 lbs. to 152 lbs. It took a couple of years, but it was worth it! Hope this helps.

I agree totally with the other responses - DO NOT TRY DIET PILLS. Total waste of money. There is nothing on the market that works. What worked for me after years of yo-yo dieting was the Matol Diet plan. I've lost 65 pounds and am off all diabetes and blood pressure meds. If you'd like to learn more check out my website at www.best-weight-loss-advice.com I'd be glad to work with anyone who is struggling as I have done so many years. Don't wait till you have another 20 or so to lose. Have a great day :-) Marie
