  • When you aren't being yourself. Take a step or two back and make sure you are not trying to be someone you aren't. If you are true to yourself you will be under much less stress because you won't have to pretend, lie or fake it. Remember you aren't being fair to the other person if you aren't being yourself. It shows a lack of respect for both of you.
