He should not, but that depends on whether his land extends to yours, then he can.

You need to pose this question to the person you rent from.
-
No, if the lawn is also rented to you.
-
from my personal experience, there are NO rules in trailer parks......
-
No, that is disrespectful to you. I would be really pissed off if someone threw their car on the "my" lawn. Even though you rent, that doesn't mean they can treat the house like crap. You pay for it so you deserve the privacy and respect. WOAH! I should be president or something.

Technically, since you rent it is not your lawn. However, it IS part of the property you are renting and in trailer parks (in the U.S. and in the state I live in) the land is leased from a park. Since I do not know your exact circumstances this is tough to answer. I'll take a shot in the dark and say that you are renting the trailer and the land that it is on. Therefore, you neighbors should not be parking on the lawn period.

When your rent, its your home for the duration. the laws that govern renters, is the exact same laws that apply to homeowners. Next time you find a strange vehicle parked on your lawn, call a tow truck and have it towed. this will be a wakeup call to your neighbor. you don't park on his lawn, do you? The tow bill will be the responsibility of the owner. if he does not pay the bill, the vehicle will sit on his lot and a mechanic's lien placed on it, through the court, until the bill is paid. If you have not done so already, i would first give your neighbor a verbal warning not to park on your lawn. write down the date and time the warning was given. if the illegal parking occurs again................ Call a tow truck of your choice and away it goes. Just be careful of retaliation. it will happen.

I would talk to my landlord about it. Normally the answer should be no.
