Is it possible for laptop computers to have their CPU's and Graphics card's upgraded?

    The CPU, yes, for certain moels and can actually be quite inexpensive, if you go about it right. The video card? Not as a rule as it's usually not a card per se, but is a chip built into the motherboard. If you need to swap out the vid, you may as well go new.
