Probably just as painful as giving birth to singletons. I've done it 3 times and "it's wonderful" :)

No. Its fun fitting not one, but two heads out of an opening that is usally not big enough to stick more than a few fingers in.

I had my twins by emergency caesarian due to them being two months early but I'm sure as well as being a very special moment that leave memories that will last a lifetime, delivering two babies one after the other is quite exhausting
