  • There's no capitalism without lies. So to keep the world running the way it is, and to keep that cash in your bank account, I say no, we shouldn't always have to tell the truth.
  • Lever I am not sure. Level---, well, no. Telling a person that gave you a handmade gift that the gift is unwanted or ugly is not right. Telling a person lying in a hospital bed that they look great today is another one.
  • I believe in being 100% truthful if it's beneficial to yourself or someone else. Lies just beget more lies, and in time it's guaranteed to come back and bite you in the ass. On the other extreme, there are situations in which people best keep their mouths shut, especially those who are free speech fanatics...because let's face it, free speech just does not exist. If it did, you wouldn't see or hear people (particularly those in a position of authority) apologizing for saying something inappropriate/controversial...plus the expression "putting your foot in your mouth" probably wouldn't exist. There would not be censorship of any kind. Oh, and not to mention the fact that you risk having the snot beaten out of you if someone asks you if they look fat in a particular piece of clothing and you say, "downright massive!"
  • for myself I find that by me telling the Truth I just feel better about my Life and myself !! Also.. when we tell the truth we dont have to rememebr what we said !! if we tell a Lie we must keep our Story Straight !! Because more Lies are sure to Follow.. Just My Thoughts :)
  • No-not when it is going to really hurt someones feelings. I rather tell a little white lie first.
  • No! sometimes lies helps make OTHERS relationships stable...
  • I ALWAYS tell the truth......always
