  • Battery, Cables, Clamps, Grounds, Ignition Switch (not on steering wheel but on column down by pedals???) Scrape all terminals free of paint & crud especially the grounds. John
  • The first thing to do is get a Digital Multi-Tester. Than start testing where the problem is. The Starter, make sure the starter is getting around 12 volts. If not then follow the flow of electricity back to the battery. Somewhere in that path is your problem. Corroded connections, fault parts, etc. Use the tester, it is better then buying parts you don't need. Posting Comment...
  • try neutral safty switch, check to see if back up lights work
