How much of your doctor's visits, hospital stays, prescriptions, alternative medicine, etc. is paid by your insurance, and how much does that insurance cost you per month or year?

I pay something like 570 EUROS per month for the insurance, and I have to pay 10 EUROS for seeing the doctor once every three months. Everything else is more or less free, for some medications I will have to pay an additional part myself. The good side is that my family is covered with this agreement (though there are another 80 EUROS for their regular visits to the doctor to be added). Most of the dental stuff we have to add, too.

It varies each year. Currently I pay $30/month for Kaiser Senior Advantage..of course each month I pay almost $100 for medicare via the monthly social security payment. There are varying copays for doctor visits, medical procedures, medications and hospital visits.:)
