Isn't it insulting to give back a gift? I don't think God would want robots, that's why the gift of free will.

If one believes in fate or destiny then the giving up free will would be a mute point. If one believes in God, I have no understanding of a God that bargins with people in such a manner. The nice thing about about hypotheticals are one "truth" cannot be disproven. The frustrating thing is they cannot be proven.
-
I freely choose to submit my will to the will of God, my Creator. Christians believe that people in heaven keep thier identity and live with God. Becoming a part of God is more of a Buddhist belief. With love in Christ.

No. I don't surrender anything to other peoples' delusions. The last thing I would surrender is my free will or rational thinking.
