  So the past few days I've been drinking apple cider vinegar with water for weight loss purposes. Today I decided I would take an apple cider vinegar shot and then drink water right afterward, is this okay? I know you're not supposed to drink it straight up so I figured if I just took a shot of two tablespoons and then drank some water afterwards I would be okay.   So, an awesome woman and I have had this relationship/ friendship thing going on for about three years now. Its been wonderful, but rather confusing.
