Your question has several levels to it... In order for you (presumably female, but the answer still applies for male/male sex acts) to test positive for cocaine, several things would have to be in place. First, you would have to have direct transmission of bodily fluid (either semen, blood or saliva) and have it enter your system (orally, vaginally or through an open sore or wound). Second, that fluid would have to have sufficient concentration of cocaine to test positive. Third, that small amount transferred would have to then be in your system in sufficient amount to make you test positive. Finally, you would have to be tested quickly enough so whatever minimal amount (if any) was transmitted wasn't metabolized (burned off) by your body. So, in theory, it's possible. In reality, extremely unlikely.
