  • I haven't taken it, since none of the schools in Canada require that test. However, the advice that I can give you for studying maths, assuming that you're not very good at maths, is this: find tutiorials on the internet for various mathematics courses, such as math12 or calculus, and then pratice drill problems. Regardless of your comprehension of the math concepts, you will be able to perform the calculations.
  • You should definitely get your hands on as many practice tests as you can get. even though the GRE only tests 8th grade math, if you haven't studied in a while it can be hard to answer all the question in the allotted time. Go to this website as well where a GRE math tutor posts questions and explanations to GRE math questions on the blog http://gmatgremath.blogspot.com
  • I know EXACTLY what you mean. I am math retarded. Seriously. The math portion of the GRE wasn't as horrid as I thought it was going to be, but I spent months before hand taking classes and doing practice tests on the math part. I hadn't taken any math courses since high school (I was able to worm my way out of a math requirement in undergrad) I knew going into the GRE that Math was going to KICK MY ASS. (Percentages make me cry) and I worked overtime just relearning the basics.
