he wasnt so hot. his staff made him look good. he slept thru most of his meetings. he got rid of mental health care units and sent everyone to the streets. that was one of the worst things he did. he also got rid of double dippers. even when one earned enough to get social security and the retirement package from a separate company, one only got less than sixty percent of social security, even though he earned his full share. that was wrong.
