If heaven is as wonderful as the Born Agains or the Muslims, et al say, Why are so many people still here, suffering?

Because there is only one way to Heaven and that's Jesus Christ. If you do not accept him as your savior their is no heaven only an eternity in hell. To take this knowledge to the grace with us, how selfish would we be. We stay and count the suffering as nothing when compared to eternity and we share so that everyone can hear about Jesus.

muslims believe in the day of judgment which hasn't happened yet, so technically nobody is in heaven or hell yet in islam. it's kind of similar to purgatory in catholicism.
