It's perfectly natural for you to be a little afraid before a fight. Fear keeps the senses strong and keeps you focused so long as you do not allow it to grow so big it works against you. I used to get scared before every fight and still do, even though I no longer train. In fact, Iron Mike Tyson use to get scared before fighting and his trainer would have to encourage him. So if Mike Tyson can be a little afraid before a fight, anyone can.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing. But I am sure it's a normal thing.

What can act as punching gloves for boxing? I got a army duffel bag im using for a bag but im not sure on what to use gloves for. Would ace bandages work?
