I'm not sure about America, but here in Canada, we have some. I live in Nova Scotia, and there is one about 5 miles from my home. It is open only on the weekends until June 20th, then after that date it is open during the week. It costs $15.50 a carload. A pretty good price to see two movies. It closes on the Labour Day weekend in September. I know they have one in PEI also.
