On our program there will be a rose presentation ceremony to the bride and groom mothers. I wasn't sure if I should use a possessive apostrophe.

Would this be correct?

Yeah, that's 100% correct. If you were to put a posessive apostrophie in, you would need to take out 'of' and the groom and bride would become posessions of mother's - and you would be referring to only one mother. So, you're right! -
