yes usually as part of the filler cap but if you lift the tank you`ll see your overflow line(s) dropping between the fame and engine
some do some don't. depends on the bike. It will probably not be a problem. Unless the fuel gets warm like sitting in the sun.
Very good question. I have never put that much gas in my bike but i don't think there is a over flow or you would be wearing the gas when you ride it. check the manual. you can take the gas line off and drain a bit out try that.have a good day.
