  • All of these questions, should have been handled by court orders. each case is different. have both parties obtained legal counsel and have they been to court? The court makes decisions, based solely on the welfare of the child. if this has not happened, hire an attorney and proceed.
  • My husband and I live in Pennsylvania. And we talked to our attorney today and he said that in our state sole custody means that the NCP would have to be proven so unfit that she/he is uncapable of taking care of the child PERIOD! And the courts would order the NCP that she/he is to have no contact what so ever to the child. You might want to check with your attorney on that one.
