My internet connection startup file, the toolbar notification for my ISP (the Start toolbar icon), and the Network Connection Folder, are gone, So I have to setup the connection up everytime I restart, using the installation files. Any way to fix?

If you have your original set-up disk, you can go into the repair mode. If you have windows XP you can go to "restore" and pick a date when it was working properly and restore back to that date.
