Ejaculation is primarily a male thing -- a series of close powerful involuntary muscular contractions which are necessary to propel the sperm-bearing seminal fluid from the prostate down the penis and into the female's vagina. Women who have been exposed to high levels of testosterone during the first three months of fetal life and who from puberty also have high testosterone levels, frequently have paraurethral glands (Skene's glands) opening into the urethra.
