An obese 18mo i n the UK weighs as much as a 4yo, after being fed a diet of mainly chips/fries. Your thoughts? ( She also eats chocolate, crisps, cereal and Coca-Cola)

I think its discusting if a child eats all that rubbish and does not excercise! They should be eating healthy food and i hope the parents are doing something about it! Coco-Cola at 18months? Thats ridiculous. My kids are 4, 7 and 7. They are not even allowed it! I feel sorry for the poor child, they have no control over this and they may well spend the rest of their life overweight.. It makes me angry how some parents can do this. I only understand if there is a medical condition.

Parenting classes mandatory. Time frame given to make changes. No efforts made/no improvement seen, child gets removed from the home. This is a matter of life and death and it breaks my heart to think of this poor child.

An 18 month year old is being given coca cola? That's disgraceful, no wonder the child's overweight. The kid needs a serious change in diet.

The parents are probably tubolas too. I think they would have to keep all those bad foods and drinks out of the house and just have healthy things. I feel sorry for this child as she will no doubt struggle with obesity for the rest of her life.
