Whats the difference between egg bagels and plain bagels?

Plain bagels are often called just water bagels as that is the only liquid they have in them. Egg bagels have eggs as some of the liquid besides some water. They are a rich golden color and I think they taste much better and toast up good.

I like making fried egg with cheese and eating that between a bagel. It is just so delicious.
