    I have been approached by the Better business bureau to pay money to get listed with them. What this tells me is that for a fee they will say nice things about me. I'm not sure what they do if someone files a complaint and you have paid the money but I suspect if you don't pay to get listed and someone files a complaint, then the negative will stick. I guess I'm saying I don't know but I'd find a couple of sources of information that are in agreement on the company rather than rely on just the better business bureau.
