Actually, it's isn't bad for me. It's very healthy, and doing it about four or five times a week should keep me nice and satisfied. Yeah, I love running:)

Because it tastes soooooooo good. I dare you to pull me away from some fried chicken that I'm eating with the right sauces to go with it. It's just not going to happen.
