No. Nearly all freeware licenses specifically prohibit its sale in any form.

No, its free, you can make a small charge for the disc and postage etc. but you CAN'T sell the software, thats the whole point :-)

You can charge for the disk and ONLY the disk. It is not legal (or moral) to sell freeware!

That depends on the terms of the license. However, most freeware licenses prohibit it. After all, if the owner intended to give it away, would you really think that he wanted you to profit from it?
