  • Well, then it wouldn't be McDonald's, would it? It would be a sandwich shop. McDonald's is fine once in a blue moon. If I want healthy, I'll go to deli or cook for myself.
  • Like every other restaurant, people who go to McDonald's can make wise, nutritious food choices, or make bad food choices. Just because the food came from McDonald's doesn't make it all nutritionally empty. McDonald's certainly offers more healthy options than they did in the past, with salads (hold most of the dressing) and wraps and the like. The smartest things you can do to improve the nutrition of a McDonald's meal is to skip the french fries and sugary drink. But good luck getting your kids to agree to that! lol
  • McDonalds has healthy food choices, and recently a man has lost 75 pounds eating nothing but McDonalds. http://www.nbc4i.com/midwest/cmh/news.apx.-content-articles-CMH-2008-06-10-0008.html
  • My family and I avoid most fast food places. We eat at one of those cardiac arrest places maybe once a month.
  • There is nothing subconscious about it!
  • My daughter likes their fries. Oh, and if one is looking for an alternative, healthy meal, one can get that at McDonald's or elsewhere. And, NO, they should offer what they want to offer as a company, and shouldn't be forced to place anything on their menu in which the don't want to have served. No more then Whole Food Markets should have to offer beef cheeseburgers.
  • SUBCONSCIOUSLY!!!!!???? Isn't it blatantly obvious that it's pretty much the worst thing you can feed your kids? Even the 'healthy' options are disgusting...some salads (due to dressings etc) have MORE fat than a burger. The only thing they serve in there that won't do you damage is probably the ice cubes in the drinks.
