  • It is possible and the likelihood really depends on the nature of the family history of heart problems. Especially if there is a family history of sudden death at a young death or anyone has ever been diagnosed with an "enlarged heart" it's worth mentioning to a doctor. And especially if you have symptoms like chest pain, palpitations, or fainting. Generally it is very rare at that young of an age, but like I said it can depend a lot on the genetics.
