  • being 5'5 and 118lbs is not a lot at all. You are definetly in the healthy weight range. And healthy is all that matters, because that's what will affect you in the long run, not how you think you look now. I used to think i was fat too, but just keep telling yourself you're not. If you really think that you're too fat (which you're not) then lose two or three pounds; that won't hurt you. =)
  • so do i, dont worry. you dont look like Sean Kingston i bet. your uber skinnnnnny! love x
  • This isn't abpout your weight at all. It is about your self-esteem.....if you liked yourself more your weight would be much less of an issue. I recommend you do some things with your life which will enable you to like yourself more....things like volunteering, trying new and adventurous things, exploring your latent talents (art, music, writing, etc)..... Read some books on raising your self-esteem (there are lots of good ones).... Your height/weight/BMI ratio indicates it is your PERCEPTION which is the issue, not the ratio itself.
  • If you are worried about being fat, don't look at the scale, look at yourself and exercise. You can still have fat on you even though you're at a very healthy weight, if this is bothering you so much, take up a regular exercise routine and tone and turn any fat into muscle (though remember breasts are fat as well.. you need a trade off..) Exercise is also a great depression cure. The lightest you should really be at 5'5" is 112-115lbs. I understand your issue, I'm 120lbs and 5'5" and sometimes have the fear I'm fat.... it's all in your head, hun.
