What alternative medicine/herbs anything can be used for someone in stage 4 cancer to put in remission or slow it down? Need help for a relative, who didn't know she had it till recently.

The fact that a medicine is "alternative" means that its effect is unproven. If anything were proved to cure or slow cancer, it wouldn't be "alternative" but would be mainstream medicine. So I would not put much hope in any alternatives suggested. It is not impossible that they could work, but it is likely that any effect is small or rare.
