Definitely the 3 to 4 twelves. It doesn't take that much to get used to it and the extra free time is great, can either find another job or just make use of the extra time.

give me the 3-4 12's a week. then the days i m off i can work another job or have more off time
5-7.5's are only 37.5 hrs a week.thats part time/.4-12's is 48 hrs. thats 40 regular and 8 hrs @ time and a half.plus being full time you are entitled to benefits
3-4 12 hour shifts. It's way better than 24-on and 48-off.

You're reading Would you rather work 3-4 twelve hour night shifts 7p.m.-7a.m. a week and every other weekend with rotating holidays or 5 days a week 7.5 hour shifts no nights or weekends or holidays?
