Well shaving only makes the hair grow thicker. So unless you have the time and patience to shave your thighs daily, just leave the hair alone.

Some girls do. I don't, there's zero hair on my thighs. They're always soft like they're newly shaven.

no. the hairs on my thighs are very fine. i used to shave everywhere when i was young though lol
