The operative word there is 'illegal'. If they are not legally in the country then they have no right to vote, and (as was intimated in a previous question) no right to sit on a jury.

The Mexican illegals give themselves the right to decide which white people they are going to rob, rape and kill. The other illegals are ok,good people.
