Well where i live only people 18 and under have to wear one but adults do not have to legally wear one. I think that the laws are good because it helps prevent brain damage and death!

Helmets are the same as seatbelts -- a good idea to use, but shoud NOT be a law.

NO, I believe we should not have a law requiring that you wear a helmet or wear a seatbelt. I DO believe that it should be the drivers choice and the smart choice would be to opt on the side of safety. Laws that give the government money for things that should come from a good education and set by a good example are not good laws. Be smart and wear a seatbelt and helmet But tell big brother that it is none of his business.

Absolutely. A necessity. I think you're not very smart if you don't wear a helmet, a real one, not a beanie, but something with DOT or Snell approval. NO way should other people be responsible for your further injuries because you didn't take this one little safety feature. They are just as life-saving as seat belts.

Yes, especially with as many drunk drivers, for someone has got to protect those stupid enough not to protect themselves.

I know that they exist in someplaces. For kids, I'm ok with it. For sdults - if they a dumb enough not to know better, let there heads get run over!

i belive it is up to me when my dome is split... i put myself in situations where that could be any minute... its a rush
