One of my all time favorites is little baby beets stuffed with a pecan and blue cheese. Another is my homemade crutons... I make them out of deep fried hot dog buns. I know it sounds wrong... But it is delicious! Take the hot dog buns and cut them into cubes, fry them in a neutral oil, remove drain on paper and then dress them with your favorite Italian spice mix and some good grated cheese. salt and pepper... they are delish! Something about the sweetness of the bun that makes them!

Dry Roasted Soynuts are a great salad topping because they have 12g of protein. It is a great way of adding protein to a salad without having to bring chicken, turkey, fish, etc. Very yummy and it adds a nice crunch to the salad. I prefer the Nature's Select brand.
