  • The matter is controversial, and there are people who feel passionately that eye exercises work. I have read quite a lot about it, but most of the evidence seems to lean towards the myth.
  • There are exercises for your spine or cervix that will help but not specifically eyes. And only for certain eye problems. It's also not true about eating carrots.
  • The only evidence that supports this to be "a myth" is that coming from the people in the industry. Wonder why that is? I have restored my myopia of -5, and it wasn't difficult, nor was it time-consuming. It was rather fun even, because I've enjoyed better eyesight, day-by-day, and that was quite thrilling... Since I wore glasses for almost 10 years, since I was thirteen! And you know what, I've helped my friend too! It's quite ironic that he actually introduced me to the man who helped me, but I was the first one to go all the way, while he gave up, until I had stepped in and helped him! Now I am selling my own course, and you may think that I am promoting this and hence making all this up, but you know what? It's very easy to prove that it works! You can prove it to yourself in less then 10 minutes! How? If you wear vison aid, take it off, then rub your hands against each other until they become warm. This is called "palming", and was developed by a NY ophthalmologist who had helped thousands upon thousands to restore their eyesight. Then cross your hands, and out them over your face, so that the palms of your hands go right on your eyes, and there's no light passing through. Close your eyes, and imaging something nice. This is important to relaxation, so please do it exactly like this. 5 - 10 minutes, then put your hands down, eyes closed, take a deep breath, exhale, and open your eyes. What you shall undoubtably see is better vision than what you had started with. This is because your eyes muscles would have relaxed and you've now a better-shaped eye, hence a better central-fixation. Tension in eye muscles is caused mostly by stress. If interested at all, then take a look here. It's my blog, and in this article I give out what I think had helped me most while I was working with my won eyesight. http://cureyoureyes.com/blog/?p=35
