You're reading I have a chain link fence w/ a busy street behind it, I'm trying to find a cheap way to cover the fence (flowers, hedge, trees, bamboo, etc.). Any suggestions?

I was thinking the same thing. hanging it and planting vines and by the time the vines grow, it would not matter if the other stood up afterwards.
