  • Depends on the situation, but generally, the courts in Britain don't grant extradition. Generally the crown Court will deal with it. If the person has served a sentence then the answer is downright no. If they have fled the country, you usually get charged under British Laws and Jurisdiction. Criminal record is no grounds for extradition. Also, if you have gone through the corect procedure for British citezenship (presuming your talking about RoI) then you're British. The Brits will deal with you.. May be different in Scotland but Wales is the same as England
