It sucks in the sense that many people are using a significant amount of their earnings to pay for health insurance and that health insurance is often tied to our jobs.

In many ways yes, for the poor, and the elderly it's a crying shame.

I think that there are areas where it has to be worked on..but all in all it is a very very good system. I am a Canadian.

Our government spend more than any nation on health care, we have the best doctors and facilities in the world, and yet we are at the bottom of the developed world in quality of care to the average person. It is truly despicable.
