People C'mon I'm serious!I heard my friends talking about it and it made me rethink my routine of washing down there because I havnt been washing my area like that.So I would like to know if I am using the correct routine by not washing inside with my fingers or is it really how I should wash it?

I am sure the vagina is self cleaning and you might find you get more infections if soap or shower gel get into the vagina.

would not advise using your fingers to wash on the inside of you. Your vagina is self cleaning. Plus if your nails are dirty you could run the risk of pushing bacteria in your vagina and get a yeast infection. And that is NOT a pleasant thing. Use a genital soap and wash the inside of your labias. That should be enough. But if you have a odor after washing that could be another issue and you should go to your GYN.

well i guess its not the best thing but( i do it too..lol) once you are not pushing up any soaps, just plain water and make sure your fingers and fingernails are clean. :P good luck!

i highly recommend this im a gyn and recommend all my patients do this, take a loofa and shower jell and scrub the walls

My wife liked a warm sit-down bath, and would spread her lips to let warm water in her vagina. She never said she fingered herself. She left that up to my penis.
